In order to have structured and sustained growth for the next 5 years, BCCA is looking for an experienced consultant to facilitate a consultative process on development of a strategic plan. The strategic plan is intended to guide BCCA further grow its governance and management structures and processes, build its advocacy capacity to enable effective partnerships, develop BCCA’s visibility and structures to enable self-reliance.
